The Falcons are my pick from the NFC. I think that with the new coach, he will settle down Vick and make him into a consistent passer. Falcons 12-4...Super Bowl reps from NFC

Not unless they fix their other problems. WR is only part of the problem as the Falcon's switch from the cut-blocking scheme will require a major overhaul of the offensive line. The Falcons also need to draft a safety or two to develop into good cover men. Until or unless they address these problem areas, they have no shot at the Super Bowl or even making the playoffs.

Do they have a good shot?.......Of course if they trade vick he is the worst quarter back the nfl has ever seen they got good players patrick kerney and keith brooking kick *** they got warrick dunn excelent runner and alge crumpler kick *** te,rod coleman is a pretty tight Dt,Allen Rossum cb, Jason Palermo on the offensive line....and why dont they go to the superbowl because of vick...and no matter how many good recivers they get vick wont be able to do anything with joe horn

I think they only be as good as Vick plays. If he plays every game like he did in the first 5 games last year they will be hard to beat, but if not the whole team struggles when he does. The receiver additions will help, although I think they need a little more help in the backfield.

The falcons have a good shot at making the playoffs, not at winning the super bowl.

yeah we gonna have a good shot this year. We need O-line help though and we do need some time to get a true Superbowl shot. Two years sounds good. I mean...look at the 1998 Rams. It took them 3 yrs, two of them being horrible, Dick Vermiel almost getting fired, and then they go, win the NFC, and winning the Superbowl.

Yes. But only because they are an NFC team. They would be chewed up and spit out in the AFC. As a Chiefs fan, I would say the couldn't finish in the top 3 in the AFC West. Chargers, Chiefs, and Broncos are much better.

Vick isn't a great passer, so the new receivers wouldn't come into play as much as they would behind a QB like Brady or Brees. I think they may make wildcard but that would be it.

Too many changes to have super bowl hopes. They will need at least two years to adjust to the new coaching ways.
