Cisco VOIP model 7941. Would like to take a piece of an MP3 and use it as a ring tone. I believe I need to convert it to some form of raw format.

Thanks

I don't believe the 7941 will allow customized ring tones. You are if I am correct stuck with the 24 or so ring tones available in firmware.

This will sum it up for you.... of course in theory you need to have access to your call manager to do so but this will provide you the guide to get past that :)
