I agree that most wars are tied to religion but so are most of our laws. If you study the laws of the US you will see that most were derived from the teachings of Christianity. This will not sit well with lots of people on this board but look for yourself it is true. Some Christian churches have done their share of injustice's years ago but if you follow the wars today you will find that most are now tied to Islam.

Your very ignorant about history.
"Native" Americans are not native to this continent at all. DNA testing proves once and for all that Indians are merely Asians who followed the land bridge. (This is why Indians have a mongoloid-shaped, Asian skull and black hair.)
The oldest known remains ever found in both north and south America are that of Kennewick Man, found along the banks of the Columbia River. Kennewick man was white not Indian/Asian.
When the white man arrived for a second time to the Americas they found that the Indian/Asians hadn't yet invented the wheel and regularly practiced cannibalism.
White folks created the greatest, freest and most prosperous society the world has ever known.

Most if not all wars were either started by religious leaders to further their agenda or make themselves more powrful.
Or at least sanctioned by the religious leaders.
It would be very difficult to tell a man this life is all their is and when you die you are just dead. then send him to war???
Or Tell him it is a noble cause and God is on his side and if he dies he goes to heaven or has 70 Virgins or something else he would like to have. Fight for the father land and God and the priest blesses the guns as they did in Germany during the war as they gassed people who the leader and the religious leaders said were people who didn't deserve to live.
HOw did they know that? God told them.
Of course! They killed Jesus so they were cursed and had to die. We are doing this for Jesus. Only Jesus isn't the one who told them to do it. It was the Roman Catholic Church.
Which they felt was God.
NOw we have a similar war, one is muslim who their religious clerics tell them they are the chosen people by God and the others are infidels. God wants us to fight to protect his country the USA. We have a Christian in the White house.
Some said when he was elected we now have God in the white house. So if he tells us to go fight to the death as he has for over 3000 young men than that is what God wants.
We know that because God has told us???
Or is it to protect the leaders oil intrests in the gulf region?

Very few wars anywhere have religion as the primary cause. There's usually something else behind it.

Again, read it slowly so you understand... your not a thinker are you? War is caused by violence and aggression, people that are religious and people who aren't religious, wage war. Why is this so hard for you. What a convenient excuse to blame it on religion, it must be something other than man's violent nature?

And which religion is the driving factor 95% of the time?
www.thereligionofpeace.com
I'm sick of people saying "it's not religion, it's bad people" - yes, it's bad people, but ideas have consequences. If nobody had come up with the ideas behind collectivism / statism, Hitler would have just been a disgruntled radical who never amounted to anything. These crazy people believe that Muhammad wanted them to murder and dismember - - - yes, in history there have been people who thought that Jesus wanted them to do that, but Jesus never did it and never said to do it. Muhammad DID do it, thousands of times, and he DID say to do it.
Don't you see a difference there?

Religion doesn't cause anything. People do what they want to do and come up with the reason later.
The true religion of humanity is greed and fear.
