You'll never ever see green wine, unless of course it's Boone's Farm. And even though they appear green, they're still called white grapes. It's only the shell though. Sorry to kill your dream. No green wine with your green eggs and ham.

waay back in the 60's I made a batch of green wine using some locally harvested marijuana plants. tasted awful, but talk about knocking your drawers into the dirt--woowwee
