No, but that doesn't mean that some deaths won't be attributable to the liberal "why can't we all get along" mentality. Mark Steyn of the Chicago Sun-Times wrote a great op-ed a bit ago (tried to find it, but it's archived somewhere) about what will happen if a lib gets the White House, relaxes homeland security (including wiretapping, etc.), and another deadly attack happens on American soil. No one wants this to happen, but he wisely points out that it would probably be the only thing that would really point out the flaws in lib "logic" re: these issues.
It's sad to think that this is what will have to happen, but I wonder if there isn't truth to it.

You still have not answered my question on your definition of liberal. Is this another attack on Health Care for all. Is this attack on social security now covering my disabled daughter and I.
Are you afraid people are apposed to being lied to and cheated and stolen from.
Be a little more specific when tossing out your double speak.
Lets discuss whats actually bothering.
Did you just buy stocks in the pharmaceutical. Afraid we are going to side with the sick and elderly and stop the representative from lining their pockets.
Did you just buy stocks in the Big Oil that are reporting 39.5 billion profits in February. You are afraid the regulations helping the people of the country will go back in place.

This country started dying the day George W Bush took the oath of office. The Democrats victory in congress on Nov 7, 2006 started the process of resuscitation.

What will be the death of the USA is the complacency of the people and giving illegal immigrants and children born to illegal immigrants the guarantee of citizenship, pathways to citizenship, guest worker programs, etc. at the expense of hardworking American Citizens and in defiance of the Constitution. Allowing foreign corporations and foreign governments to control our infrastructures, have access to sensitive information and databases, make our computer chips and operating systems, outsourcing our jobs -- all these things will contribute to the downfall of the USA. Discriminatory practices like failing to protect American Citizens from all enemies, foreign and domestic, while giving preferential treatment through lack of law enforcement to specific groups of people (e.g. those who hire, harbor and help illegal immigrants and illegal immigrants and the children of illegal immigrants), failing to secure our borders, failing to stop the flow of money going illegally out of the country, failure to enforce laws -- all these things will cause the death of the USA. Financial takeovers, Illegal immigrants having babies to the tune of 57% of all births last year born to illegal immigrants on American soil, all these things contribute to the takeover of the USA and its ultimate death.
When we indiscriminately open the doors to our homes (in this case the USA) and we assist those who came here to rob and pillage under the guise of "getting a better life", we are contributing to the demise of the USA. These will be the main causes of death to the USA.

Your question seems oddly anti-democratic, after all, as you say, it does matter what one believes and in a democracy you can have differing ideas and even dissent. I always find it odd that a nation founded on dissent is so quick these days to denounce it as being anti-USA. Strange, very strange.

George Bush and Dick Cheney lie every time their mouth moves. I cannot wait for Rove to be brought before Congress...I agree with you about Hillary though. We need someone besides a Bush or Clinton.....right now, I am probably going to vote for Obama, although it is still early, as our country needs a new direction. BTW, the USA is not dying. It can be as strong as it ever was if we can get past our hatred of one another.

Liberals share a belief in individual rights, free enterprise, representative democracy, and the rule of law. In this sense, almost all Americans accept liberal ideals, so much so that it is easy to forget how revolutionary these ideals were when the American Constitution was written. Jefferson said "peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none."...Since Reagan, liberalism has been colored to appear weak and elitist, and our military forces are used to intervene in others affairs Think like a liberal, think BIG!
