Are you comfortable in your own skin?
These people who talk behind your back, do they know who you are? Only you know yourself, and that is what matters...years from now, they are going to look back on what they have/have not done in their lives, not what you have done...

don't let their words become who you are...

question yourself whether its worth getting upset over... why does their opinion matter to you? Your opinion of yourself is what is important

its not really a question you can ask us because everyone has their own way to get passed what people say about them.

stupid stuff used to bother me when i was younger (im 20 now) and i would always wonder what i could do to not let it bother me...to be honest once i stopped worrying about how to stop it from bothering me, once i just stoped trying to find a way it hit me. By me not worrying and not trying to find an asnwer i got passed and and after that what people said didnt bother me. Now certain people at certain times might say suttin that bugs me, you'll enver get ride of it entirley but now I take the stupid comments with a grain of salt, if they want to waste there time telling me things to make me feel bad then they are hiding some secret themselves. thats how i look at it

People talk. That is life. The people who know you the best will know if something is a lie or not. If what someone is saying has a ring of truth to it then change. It they say you never comb your hair then start comcing your hair. If it is out right lies they will be proven wrong within time.

Nobody knows you better than yourself! You are the only person that spends 24/7 with you! Other people have opinions about us, but we are the only ones who really know ourselves completely. Be confidant in who you are and what you believe. People will always have their version of who we are, but how you feel about yourself is the most important of all!

What gives them the right to judge you?

You need to replace the "negative mental tapes" probably stuck in a feedback loop with some positive affirmations.

You need to make a conscious effort to remember that you are just as good as they are, if not better !

If someone has something to say about me, they had better say it to my face.

Ignoring it just makes it worse.
