If you want something that will allow you to download later in case something happens to your photos, you're probably going to have to pay for it. You can try Photobucket but I am not sure if you can access your photos beyond sharing them. There's only so much you can and should be able to get for free. It is a bit ridiculous to expect a lot of something but not be willing to pay for it.
