I have a 2' x 2'. If I put a turntable and a a 3' x 3' piece of plywood on top for the dollhouse to sit on, do you think it will hold up?

Oops...missed a word. I have a 2' x 2' table.

It depends on the weight. You could try putting an item of similar weight on the turntable and see if it breaks. That way if it did break, your dollhouse wouldn't fall over.

Now that you have clarified, I would use the 3X3 plywood directly on the table to widen it before you put on the turntable & house, or it will be top-heavy..

I would recommend you use at least a 12 in. turntable ring to support the weight. These are available at Home Depot.
The base can be at a minimum the base of the dollhouse. The base being 3X3 should be fine it should prevent tipping but make sure it is 3/4 in. thick or it will flex too much.
