Well Friend, azoospermia may be
OBSTRUCTIVE ( where sperm are created, but cannot be mixed with the rest of the ejaculatory fluid due to a physical obstruction)
and
NON-OBSTRUCTIVE( where there is a problem with spermatogenesis).
Nonobstructive azoospermia may be a result of different genetic problems.

Testicular biopsy remains the oldest and most informative diagnostic modality to differentiate between obstructive and nonobstructive azoospermia.

The approach to azoospermic patient has changed significantly with the introduction of sperm retrieval techniques and assisted reproduction , especially IFV/ ICSI. Nevertheless, specific treatment of azoospermia remains not only successful but also a cost-effective option.
Following options may be applicable to you depending upon the type, cause and your doctor's opinion

ment Options for Male Infertility

Medication Therapy
* Hormone deficiency treatments
* Clomiphene citrate (Clomid, Serophene)
* For unexplained low sperm count
* For Genetic Defects

Surgical Therapy
* Varicocele ligation
* Sperm Retrieval Techniques (MESA, PESA, TESE)
* Transurethral Resection of Ejaculatory Duct

Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART)
* ICSI and IVF

If the azoospermia is caused by a blockage along the Vas deferens, then yes, it might be possible to unblock the Vas deferens to allow sperm to travel along it again.

If the azoospermia is caused by medical conditions such as organ failure/transplantation or Klinefelter's syndrome then it is not possible to restore sperm production
