A person can be in our lives, for an hour, and become someone we'll never forget, they can be in our lives everyday and we can take them for "Grannit" and then they pass-away, or they can be in our lives for a mere "Season" , but it takes a lifetime to forget them! I'm so sorry for your sadness.....I get the same way, when I'm alone.... My greatest sadness at this point in my life, is knowing my youngest two kids are growing up, and will soon be either off to college, or their own jobs, and possibly even move into their own apartments, or out of state, one day!! And those thought's after all of the years I've put into my children make my heart so sad!! Just thinking about them having lives of their own without me in it.. Its all apart of "Life" I'll one day have to learn to adjust too, one way or another.... Sad, but true... My children are my whole life, at this point, and to "One day" not have them in my lives, all of the time, as they are now, just makes me want to cry.. And that time could very well be in 4 & 6 years.....And it flies by so fast, because my "Oldest Two" are already grown, and on with their lives, and I miss them soooo much!! But, try to look at the "Beauty" in your day, maybe seeing someone kiss thier child or their wife, or someone laughing, or the sunset, tonite, to cheer you up, you know.. Because sometimes its the simplest things that can make us "happy" again.. We just have to know where to look.. Smile!!!

You have met some great people here like me(I am not that vain). You are a very caring person and if you attach easily then it is harder to let go. If you do leave, you will be missed.

I'm really sad about George The Hippo though.
