*Clearly* you do not support life. You support your own illogical beliefs.

Spin it any way you want.

War is about death and killing.
The death penalty is about death and killing.

You support death and killing, but only sometimes? That's not "Pro-Life" no matter how hard to try to rationalize it.

I am pro life and I have the common sense to realize that in order to protect life sometimes you have to defend it at the cost of others life. Example: WWII if the allied forces had not stopped Hitler and killed his military (and some civilians too) then the death toll just a few years down the road would have been huge. He would have wiped out the Jews and then turned his hate to the next group he saw as his inferiors. Soldiers die in war and that is just the way it is. Contractors for the most part are putting themselves there for the almighty buck but they had the choice as to whether or not they went. The death penalty takes murders (normally only the worst of them such as cereal killers) who have a very low reform rate and prevents them from killing again. I don't have a problem with taking life in order to save innocent lives.

Women have lots of choices up to being pregnant. The can choose to abstain, take a form (or several forms for that matter) of birth control, or even take the "Plan B" pill (especially in incest or rape scenarios). Most of the time it was their choice to have sex (whether protected or unprotected) and should have to live with the consequences of their action. Here's a news flash, sex will cause conception for those who don't know biology 101.

Pro-Lifer's views often are of conservative ones which lead to the government protecting the freedoms of its people. If that means to seek out the terrorists the mean to destroy America on another soil, then so be it. Also, why is it so easy for Libs to forget that the congress is the one who has to declare war. They did, including lots and lots of Libs. You can disagree with the reasons for going to war, that is your right. But since we are at war, it is our duties as Americans to be united in our fight to win it at all costs. Losing would mean to invite other attacks on our soil since we can't stomach the losses needed to punish those that attack/threaten us or our allies.

When a baby sports an AK-47 at birth, you'll have a valid argument. Until then, these issues are not related.

Obviously there's a difference in that soldiers and (police officers) are adults who choose that dangerous line of work. I support firefighters too, even though many of them die fighting those flames.

I'm still undecided on the whole capital punishment thing (I don't know if I'll ever come to a firm conclusion on that)...but again we're talking about adults that have chosen their actions.

Babies don't choose dangerous lines of work or criminal activities. You can't put them on the same page as adults.

Come on, more people die here in the United States everyday from drunk driver's & drive-by's. You are also generalizing, I support the war & I'm pro-choice (except by means of birth control).

Hey, I hate to sound all 'hippie' on you, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But more importantly, abortion is LEGAL. So the pro-lifers can squawk all they want about how immoral it is...but it is still legal. And really, thats all that matters! You won't change their opinion of it...but you don't have to. Why? BECAUSE ITS LEGAL!!!!

The pro-life message is about love. Love for the mother, love for the father, love for unborn baby. It makes me sad that people attempt to vilify it with hate.

*Pro-life is about protecting innocent life.
*The US military is protecting innocent people.
*Capital punishment is about protecting innocent life from heinous criminals.

I have put the love on the table for you. Is hate all you've got to throw back at me?
