1 st you need to come down and stay away from him coz your upset and your emotions are high so may say something which you may later regret because it is very difficult to control when you are raged.

After you gathered your thoughts, understand what happened and why it did. Whe both of you are ready to talk calmly then start talking to resolve the differences. But be prepared to make compremises for both of you. Its not about who wins the argument but who knows when to stop think about what disater can come of this.

Without arguments or tribulation in a relationship it usually is weak but like pruning a tree, once it has happened the relationship can become more stronger, but its up to both of you to make it work.

Good luck

Take a little time to cool off, and then make some tea and talk about it. When things are there but not discussed, tension is created. If you can talk about things calmly and rationally, it's much better. If a row is caused by something silly and trivial, it can be turned into a joke.

But usually these things are a storm in a teacup and blow over very quickly anyway.

If you want to stay with that other half you must figure a way to engineer a win win strategy By that I mean you don't lose face and neither does the other person. It may be a simple as letting them know that you still love them and you will have to agree to disagree on some topics. Make up lovin is the best by the way.

Take the time to TRY to understand what their view of the situation is. most rows with my wife end up being solved because we figure out we agreed but just didn't comprehend the other person point.

I will leave him/her for one or two days to give our selves some time to think carefully about what happened, may be I am the wrong one and may be not, however I will go to him/her with a simple gift (flowers, sweets,…etc.) that will make most of disturbance vanished, then TALK clearly and never refuse any trial to talk from him/her this will be the only right way to solve our problems. Good luck.

Normally I just do not speak to him for awhile. I need time to cool off and think about the Situation. But Girl the Make Up Sex is ALWAYS Wonderful.

That depends. If I'm in the wrong, I apologise when I cool down. If it's his problem, I have finally learned to just leave him to get over it. Otherwise I end up crying and then he thinks he "won." I don't do that anymore, having finally acquired some pride.

What I normally do is I usually let them have a little time too themselves to cool off. You should then after an hour go try to work it out

I'll bet you're from the U.K. or Australia, because I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say "row." Does it mean a squabble?
