They can't spell. They don't use good grammar. They punctuate incorrectly. They are unable to express themselves coherently.
Won't somebody please think about the children?

Here we have someone with a teaching certificate writing this:
I spell correctly
as well as
using proper grammar.
SPELL
USING
Do you even see the mistake you made in your verb tenses?
Spell is present tense.
Using is present continuing tense.
I think you've proven my point. Teachers don't even know how dumb they are.

I was amazed at how easy my Education classes were. I was even more amazed at how many of my classmates struggled with them. It takes time and money to become a teacher, but it doesn't necessarily take actual skill.
The problem comes with the fact that it's difficult to convince educated, smart, dedicated people to join the profession, and it's even more difficult to keep those of us who DO join to STAY in the profession. Schools are stuck with inadequate teachers as a result.
I CAN say that I've seen plenty of really stupid people from other professions on here. You just notice it more with teachers because they're supposed to be the ones who actually know a thing or two about a thing or two.

This issue has kept me up nights without end. This also brings up another terrible issue... if children are our future and children are taught incorrectly, what future do we have in store? Politicians may not know how to read. The humanity!

I can't usually tell what profession people are online, but we see it on the Tonight Show all the time--the stupidest ones are the teachers, and oh yeah, I remember it from real life too.

Kids don't care. Trust me. I, well, I'm 13. So that is sometimes considered kid. Oh well. I don't care. I know better than to write like that at skool. After all, I get straight As in eighth grade.â¥â¥â¥

Sometimes it's true. When my older daughter was still at school I had to go to school with a dictionary because my daughter had wrote a word.she has written it right, the teacher gave her the correction of the word, the teacher wrote it wrong. She wanted my daughter to write it for 100 times to learn it as a punishment because my daughter told her that her word was written well.I taught that my daughter will get used to write it wrong.
So,I went to school with a dictionary and showed the right word to the teacher. The teacher apologized herself.
Sorry for my english.
cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is the children who do it. What about the parents?
Like when they use ur and ppl instead of actually writing the words "you are" and "people".
