It is true?

Well... I'm not christian, and do not celebrate 25 of December. We do not hang up socks, nor do we have a chimney.
Is Santa real?
YES. There are good people in the world. If you want - you can be the real Santa. As mentioned, it seems like the Santa you know is based on an earlier Nicholas, a true person. What is wrong with being kind?

To all those who think there is no compassion and kindness in the world- if you want something done, you've got to do it yourself. I know plenty of people around here in Israel, different ages, who are GOOD PEOPLE, like in the stories, but real.

Yes, Santa is real - if you want!

I think Santa is real!!!! I love Santa! I just know the ones at Wal-Mart and the Mall aren't real but I definetly believe in the Christmas Santa who comes down the chimney to deliver presents and eats my Warm skim milk and my soft chewy white chocolate macademia cookies. (I'm different from everyone else so please don't judge me) If santa wasn't real how could this happen? : I was supposed to be home alone for three days because my parents went to another state to get me a present for christmas and it was christmas eve the day they left. They called me and told me they were going to stay for two or three more days and they would miss christmas so as a child of course I said "ok" It was christmas eve and like all little kids I slept on the couch. I put the milk and cookies before I went to sleep. The next morning I find two presents and my milk and cookies gone! The presents were there too (one of them I asked santa to give me too!!!) It was a barbie doll and a stuffed animal which I still have. My parents were scared and thought a robber came in the house when I said, "Mommy Mommy! Santa came in the house last night!!!!!!!!!!" See Santa IS real!!!!!! I love Santa!!!!!!

For days and days I would ponder that thought.

Than I finally came up to my mom and asked, "Mom is Santa real?" Than she would just look at my like I just asked the stupidest question on Earth! She would just have a blank face as white as paper and she would look at me a couple of times. Than I said to her, "Mom tell me the truth!" Than she would keep repeating this, "yes, yes, who do you think brings you the presents and I would say, "you." She finally came to a point where she was so fed up with my curiosity to know if Santa was real that she said to me, "No, he isn't, Dad and I get you the gifts." I was crushed when she said that. But now I know the truth and I'm not going around thinking he is real when everyone else knows he isn't. So it's a bit of a positive thing also!

Of course he is real. One time, when I was nine years old, I had asked for a guitar from Costco, but my dad didn't want to buy it for me because he said it was hard to tune. And my mom on the other hand, wanted to buy it for me, but agreed with my dad. So I wrote a letter to Santa asking him for the guitar I wanted from Costco and I put it on our Christmas tree. On the 23rd or 24th of December, at 11:00 pm, someone rang the doorbell! When my parents opened the door, there was the guitar I had wanted on the doorstep! Since a fake fireplace is covering the real one, I was wondering how Santa would go through. And now I know! That's how I really really REALLY know that Santa Clause is real. I'm not making this story up. Trust me.

It is very true. Santa Claus is a big bellied, bearded man that was made up by corporate america to get you to spend your money in there businesses and then have an excuse as to why you spent it:

ex: "The kids are expecting Santa Claus to bring them something for Christmas and they will be upset if Santa doesnt bring Mommy anything"

Santa Is as fake as the tooth fairy. Santa isn't real and not to tease but why do you stil believe in him. Thats why parents tell you to go to sleep early christmas eve. They have to get the presents ready. I know my moms hand writing. She wrote santa and it was writen the same as mom both in fancy dancy writing. put 2 and 2 together He isn't real There was a santa a long time ago but he is dead no one replaced him. And the real one didn't go around the world only in his neighborhood maybe. they people at stores are fakes. how can there be black white chinese santas? hm If there was a santa he would be one race and one race only hun./ You need to stop believing now. Really I feel sorry for you

I am 41. Each Christmas Santa leaves a stocking full of goodies at my parents' house - I was a bit itinerant for a while in my twenties so I guess he thought it best to leave it where I'd find it rather than to locate me! - so, all the time he continues to do so, I have no reason to doubt his existence!

He isn't real right now, but back in the olden days there used to be a saint nicholas who would come to the churches and orphanages and give the kids presents, the santa claus is just a thing to keep his spirit going

The myth known as santa was made up to explain to children the giving of gifts at the time when Jesus was supposubly born. St Nicholas was however real. There are many stories about him but one is that he dropped money down the chimney of the house where his sweetheart lived.
