I have heard that implantation is painful. Is it really? Are there symptoms when you can tell it occurs? When does it occur and how?

Implantation is when the fertilized egg attaches to the uterine wall. You really will just feel like you are getting your period. It just doesnt come!! That is why people dont always know they are pregnant.

No it isnt painful, But you could feel a tiny bit of cramping, nothing major or not even feel anything at all, Implantation can cause Light Pink to brown spotting (sometimes red), Depending on the person, You could just have a spot of blood, Only seeing it when wiping or even lasting more then a couple days but not all women will have the implantation "bleeding"...Some ppl mistake it for a period because it sometimes comes around the time you would start your normal period but the difference is, its usually alot lighter and less of a flow!

Most people NEVER know when it happens, there are a few that have implantation bleeding, a day or two of very light blood.
Implantation is basically when the fertilized egg attaches to the side of the uterus to begin developing. It usually occurs at 6 to 12 days past fertilization. I've been pregnant nine times and never felt a thing. Unfortunately lost several :-( but I have my kiddos with me and they are a blessing.

Good luck to you

Ive had implantation bleeding 2 times out of 4 of my pregnancies. You dont ever feel it at all. I never did. I barley bled a couple of spots on one day and that was it. Nothing else happens. It will usually happen anywhere from 6 to 12 days after ovulation

I didn't feel anything, but I bled. Only about 10% of all women bleed with implantation, so you probably won't. It occurs about 2 days after fertilization once the embryo reaches the uterus.

I have an implantation i have had it for a year its not that bad you can feel some times when you have sex if he goes too deep and it was painless when thay put it in just make sure if you get one to follow the doctors orders for no sex before they put it in I didnt and ended up having a tubal pregnancy that almost killed me from bleeding to death. But In my opinion even after the horrible surgury and recovery from the tubal I still think its the best mode of birth control I have ever used,

I've never had any symptoms with any of my pregnancies. I don't know it has happened until I've missed a period and the pregnancy test says positive. I've heard some women spot and/or have alittle cramping.

it's different for everyone some people never even have signs of it. others have slight cramping and light spotting. It usually accrues around 2 weeks after the egg has been fertilized
