No situation is that bad that you can't make it through. I can't remember how many times in my life i have faced difficult situations and thought " I'm never going to get over / through this ". I am still here and so will you be. I don't know what your situation is but you can bet there are people who have survived similar situations. It looks like you have already made your mind up that your going to make the mistake that's going to lead to the situation getting worse. If this is true then you have time to chose not to make the mistake. It may not seem like it sometimes but you are in control. Think about who / what could help you in your situation , then take action and do something about changing it. I agree with the other posters that with a little more information it may have been easier to offer more practical advice, and there may be people reading your post who have been / are in your situation and understand better what your going through. Whatever it is, if you believe you can get through it you will, if you tell yourself you can't, then you have already decided your fate. I am wishing you all the best.

This is difficult.
If i have to make a hard decision,
I get out my old scales. You know the ones with wieghts on both sides.
I get paper clips, and put the plusses on one side and the minuses on the other other.
Just write down the plusses and minuses.
Have'nt you got someone you trust that you can talk to?
I know its hard to go into detail on the Net. But let your inner voice guide you.
Attack it head on, avoiding things only makes them worse.

The problem is only as enormous as you allow it to be. There are people here who want to help you - come back to them with more details. Just writing down the problem usually helps you to focus on it better and it then takes on its proper perspective.

For whatever your problem...ask yourself if it's worth being in the situation. If it's something you can get out of, and your this scared, then maybe you should do it. If it's something you can't walk away from, then I guess you'll have to ride it out. Just try to keep things from getting worse. Walk away and stay calm!

Hey, I say don't worry about a thing. You cannot do what can't be done! Look, atleast you've realised your mistake! It is up to you and you only to take responsibility for your actions, and if you can justify your actions with yourself then you have nothing to worry about.

anything done under fear ,anger ,jealousy ,in extreme way ... could be wrong and might need the same amount of strenght to make it turn in a different direction , it might change a life , so before taking any desicions , think deeply ... remember two yes to see twice ,to ears to hear twice before using your tongue once and get you into something ...... theres always a positive way ... choose the best possible....

the awnser to everything you've just told us?
TALK TO SOMEONE!
you dont know what to do, but chances are other people will, a friend, some family, the authorities, anyone, chances are they'll help you out.
if its only going to get it worse, then dont let it snowball, talk to someone, and asap!

Tell us the situation and we may be able to advise you...If you can't tell us, then someone you know and trust...maybe they can advise you...usually tho, if a situation cannot get any worse, it can only get better...you just have to set a course.......good luck.............you are not alone....

Yes, I'm afraid it is going to get worse. Any time someone can't even repeat what's going bad for them, it's a sign that things are heading down hill and fast...Sorry, but you are doomed to suffer your misgivings
