If you are getting power to the unit and it does everything else but spin, check to see if the belt slipped off the pully. It'll either be on the bottom or the back of the unit, depending on whether or not its a top loader (look on the bottom) or front loader (look in the back). You will need to remove some of the outer casing to check. Cheers!

Most Machines have a noise, the last one I had was a Hoover Washer and Dryer, and it made a very loud Thundering Noise. So did the Bendix I had before it. I have a New Bosch Machine and even though it makes a noise it is very quiet compared to the other older Machines I had.You should make sure it is Level on your Floor because if it is not it will Rattle and Hum and make a terrible clattering noise. There should be Adjusters underneath your Machine. If you have an Older type House your Floor might not be Level, if say it has Wooden Flooring underneath. If it is Stone or Concrete you can put a layer of Concrete down and make sure it is absolutely Level, and when Concrete is Dry put back Machine and it should be quieter or at least less noise.
