i am a 17 year old boy who has to wear a diaper during the night because i cant hold my bladder when im sleeping. My mother is angry about this now so she is starting to make me dress as a baby girl around the house and when i am sleeping. She says as soon as i stop wetting the bed ill be dressed back to normal. Sometimes she puts me in frilly petticoats/or party dresses for little girls. She doesnt understand how hard it'll be to stop. I dont know what to do anymore

If you're actually serious... report this to your local child abuse hotline. You can turn her in yourself and remain anonymous. She won't know it was you. It sounds terrible reporting your own mother, but what she's doing to you is demented. There is such a thing as "tough love", but that is cruel, mentally and physically!

Don't feel bad; I was wetting the bed up until about 9 or 10. It sounds like either your muscles may be weak and or you either have a small bladder or an undeveloped one. It sounds like this could be helped by your doctor. The web page listed below talks about a pill that children can take to help. Your mom needs more education on this matter, she probably doesn't realize there's a medical problem (not sever) but something to talk about. Good luck!!!

tell your mother to stop it my little brother is 16 with the same problem and i would never degrade him like that befor i knew about any of this i used to be mad as hell that he was this old still wetting the bed and she need to do some research like i did to find out whats going on and take you to the doctor and be a real mother i am shocked that someone will do that to there own child with out finding out whats going on

Honey you really shouldn't have to deal with all this on your own, you need to see your Dr A.S.A.P as you sound like you have a medial reason for this not a mental problem. Your mum is not helping your confidence on this matter and i feel you are old enough to say NO to her dressing you like a girl honey stand your ground wih her she is bullying you!!!

Well, clearly you have a problem. Why cant she see that? You need to go to the doctor, that is a common problem. You are not the only one! So, go to the doctor and get some medicine for it. They do have things to help you with that. Your mother should not get mad about it and punish you, its a medical problem! Talk to her about it and make a doc appt. right away...

Go seeyour doctor to see if he can give you some advice on what to take or something. I think it is wrong of your mother to do that to you. You need to speak up to your mother and tell her to stop it. That is so childish..
