You have to can it when it's in season, at the peak of freshness. I'd be happy to loan you one of mine, and when we're canning it again I'll invite you over so you can learn the process. My grandmother taught me.

I actually saw one in a store called Spencers in southlake mall in Atlanta. I think that Spencers Stores are a national chain, and if all else fails. Do what Timmy Turner On the Fairly Odd-Parents does. . . Try the internet!
