Baby stuff: Rainforest vs. Ocean wonders?

Question

I was wondering which set of things I should go with, the Fisher Price Rainfoest set (bouncer, toys, etc) or the Fisher Price Ocean Wonders??? Is one set more annoying, soothing, can you hear that annoying motor going, more fun... which one was liked best?

hehehe..this question is right up my alley. I originally had the ocean wonders swing which I loved the looks of but when I went to use it it was broken. I now have the rainforest swing and my daughter loves it. It has carribean themed music which is nice and a setting with jungle sounds. My daugter who is 3 months talks and talks to the animals. The mobile is great too..very bright and the leaves open and close. It is really neat. The ocean wonders has lights, where this one doesnt, but I like this one best. Good luck in your decision

I would go with the rainforest stuff. I have ocean wonders and I really don't like it very much. I don't like the music or the way the swing clicks each time it swings. The rainforest stuff is also looks so cute! I wish it would have been out when I registered for all my stuff but it came out like 2 months later. My baby does like the bouncer though.

Personally, I like the Rainforest set. Lol, I have the crib soother at least, and I hear it every night over the baby monitor. I recommend you go listen to the individual soothers and see which one you like best, you have to hear them just as much as baby will. Also, the rainforest set will have more decor that goes in the theme, there aren't a lot of fish decorations for rooms other than bathrooms, lol. There are a lot more animal toys out there than aquarium ones. I like it because my brat loves the monkey swinging back and forth, she's 3 months old and I taught her to go ooh ooh ooh like a monkey, so she sits there and will talk at him until she falls asleep. Lol. It's all personal preference really, the same company makes them both so they are mechanically the same. Good luck!

Well me personally love the ocean wonders. I have 4 kids and used ocean wonders for all. I feel it is more soothing to hear the sound of the water vs the chirping and screaming of the animals. My kids love them. My baby and toddler especially love the ocean wonders mobile. it has the little fish floating around their ceiling at night with soft music playing WE just love it! I have some of both (I have an in-home daycare) and I think they're pretty much the same. The kids like both for different reasons, I really like the ocean wonders aquarium and the travel swing...they are the best, but I also really like the rainforest jumperoo...so I guess just pick and choose what you like best, quality wise they are equal.

My personal opion. I would pick the Ocean Wounders because you can always find thing relaxing and soothing for your child.The sound of the ocean is just a relaxing sound. You can buy them things that hook on to a crib with the differant sounds on it. I bought one for my son and it helped relax him after a nice bath.

My son has the Rainforest Cradle Swing and loves it. There's different kinds of music on it. There's some upbeat stuff for when he's awake and playing, and there's nature sounds and quieter music for when he's relaxing.

We have alot of gadgets for our son and it helps entertain him for a moment then he's fussy all over again...So in my opinion, the Swing works great as well as bouncers because if you need to be in any part of the house, you can simply take the baby with you....Babies tend to get bored sometimes and they like to know we are with them. If they hear noise or see us they usually get content.....

I have used both and I LOVE the rainforest stuff. To me and more importantly my baby its more soothing.
