But seldom will you find a free attorney for civil isues

You must find a lawyer. Call every lawyer. Call every organization. DO NOT GO UP AGAINST A LAWYER IN DIVORCE WITH OUT A LAWYER OF YOUR OWN. Have a fund raiser. Sell everything you can spare but get the money to get an Attorney. If you don't you will loose everything.
