it was very distressing, they just had no more bounce and their springs were all hanging down onto rusty old frames. I told them all stories about modern times, most laughed and some cried. It comes to us all, doesn`t it?

how sad. you should have brought one of those little baby trampolines with you. they would have liked that.
you should not make them feel bad about how old they are, and that they can not be out here in the modern world, for children to jump on, you should tell them stories of thier "time".
