But if a third world war breaks out india can't stand as a neutral power and it will support the axis powers as it has done in the two previous world wars or india will be joined to their side by the axis powers by offering something as in the two previous world wars .

If the Third World War breaks out, it might well do so between India and Pakistan. In which case, I suppose India will be on India's side.
If the war breaks out in the Middle East over Israel, India will probably remain nonaligned - unless Pakistan throws its lot in on one side or the other.
