Use Blistex Lip Infusion if you are looking for a chapstick with a gloss effect or Carmex. You will have to apply it often because the point of lip balm is to absorb into your lips for moisture. Facial and body lotions I prefer St. Ives. Just use whatever suits your needs.

Use a namebrand. There are some things in life that you can get the cheapest thing or the store brand and there isn't much of a difference between them and the expensive brands, but lotion and lip products do not fall into this category!!

Iike chapstick brands for lipgloss makes my lips feel soft , for my lotion right now I'm loving the Vaseline Cocoa Butter , usually Cocoa Butter and Shea Butter lotions are all I use it makes my skin feel soft and smooth.

I really like the bath and body works Co bigelow MENTHA LIP SHINE there are a couple different flavors and it makes lips soft and protects them from getting chapped. I also like Oil of Olay in shower body lotion. You just lather it on in the shower and rinse it off and it really moisturizes your skin.

i use smith's rosebud salve. i also recommend burt's bees.
