Are their any export qoutas for argentine lingerie in the United States market.

I am going to assume that you are asking what the import quotas of lingerie into the US is currently.

The US textile quota system depends upon 1) market of manufacturing origin, 2) type of garment and 3) fabric composition.

Your goods may be subject to quotas depending on what they are (e.g. baby clothes), what they are made of (e.g. wursted wool) and whether they are subject to special trade agreements. There are few absolute quotas against WTO members like Argentina, so having an absolute limit is unlikely (unless you are importing synthetic fiber clothes). You are more likely to be limited by tarriffs rather than quotas.
