Why do American Republicans support fascism?

Republicans support the illegal invasion of other countries, the massacre of civilians. A poll by CNN found that 66% of Republican voters supported the use of torture. They support the sending of working class kids to their deaths in Iraq and the ready supply of guns to black and other ethnic minority kids so they can kill each other in gang wars. Republicans believe in a White Christian America and believe that other people are not true Americans just as the Nazis believed the Jews were inferior. They support discrimation and segregeation against Blacks. They support the right of the government to spy on innocent citizens in the US and the right of the government to monitor the political activities of its opponents. Why do people support these Nazis?

Do not use such general terms. Maybe if you said why do many American Republicans support Fascism you could find some truth in it. I know Republicans that do not support Fascism. I believe only the most far right wing radical Republicans are the ones that support Fascism. They seem to be a vocal bunch these days. They are egged on by right wing hate radio commentators.

That having been said. The group I helped you further define does tend to be and do what you assert.

Where did you get your brainwashing? I bet it was from CNN or possibly the DNC. For a party that says they support all facets of life and are tolerant of all races and people, I just can't understand why liberals hate this country and what it stands for so much. To compare republicans to Nazi Germany is as stupid as claiming the Clinton administration was as corrupt as anchient Rome. Wait, it was. Sorry.

Let me get this straight. My support of the defense of the US, regardless of the niceties of treaties never signed by my government, a system that treats it's citizens as equals regardless of race or gender, my support of my constitutional right to bear arms even though some abuse that right, the fact that I may have a religion, the idea that our intelligence community should engage in foreign Intel gathering, the realization that once captured terrorist can never be released so what happens to them is not relevant make me a Nazi? Where do you get this stuff?

There was no illegal invasion into other countries by ours. Civilian casualties are a fact of war as is friendly fire deaths. I don't consider myself to belong to any party but I do vote mostly republican and I don't agree with torture as a means of getting information (it is pr oven to be ineffective). The working class kids you speak of are volunteers (as was I) and they understand what they are getting into before they sign on the line. The guns going to the gangs are not given by the republicans but are stolen or bought on the black market. We could do more to fix that problem but both parties are failing to shut our borders to the gun runners and dope dealers. I am white and Christian but I am equal to all of my fellow law abiding citizens and not better than them. I am against discrimanation based on anything other than qualifications and citizenship. I support and demand our government to protect it's citizens (and they fail on border issues) .

Possibly for the same reasons that cowardly demoncrats support terrorist and Socialism, but hey just remember, its the Republicans who own the Guns.

o-It was Overwhelmingly Democrats who fought the Civil Rights Movement.

o-It was Democratic Governors who stood for segregation, sometimes in doorways, remember George Wallace?

o-It was Democrats who kept the Military segregated until Truman stood up

o-It was Democrat FDR who started Wiretaps(including on his wife)


o-It was Democrat FDR who refused to let the USAAF bomb the train tracks leading to the Nazi Death camps? why I wonder?

o-It was Democrats who sent 120,000 Americans to concentration camps based soley upon their Race,aka Executive Order #9066

o-It was Democrats who established the First Office Of Censorship

o-It was Democrats who voted in the Sedition act of 1918(sending many anti-war persons to federal prisons for 10 years)
