Yeah I don't know what to watch. I finished the anime so what OVA do I watch next thanks

Well how it was originally watched in terms of creation process:

Rurouni Kenshin TV series
Rurouni Kenshin movie
Rurouni Kenshin OVA [Samurai x Trust and Betrayal]
and then after the Kenshin TV series was over Rurouni Kenshin OVA 2 [Samurai X: Reflections].

You'll want to pick up and at least finish the Kyoto Arc of the Kenshin TV series before picking up the next OVA as it does a recap of the TV series, so you can understand that. If you already have, then the next thing to watch is the Samurai X: Reflections OVA which is the ending of Kenshin series.
