Those files are required by windows. So do not delete them AVG is the virus software I use as well and if those files were infected with a virus AVG would let you know. So don't worry.

I think you do have a virus problem at hand. Normally, the link is C:\Windows\System32\ and not as the one that you have stated in your question.
I would suggest you try a free online scanner from Computer associates.
Use the link below and click on the phrase "Free Online Virus scan". Make sure you are using Internet Explorer 5 or above.
Then, the scanner will download a few components onto your system and once they are done, you need to click on the button that says "Start" in the webpage to start the scan.
By the way, you will be asked to select the drives that you want to scan. I would suggest you select all the drives.
Then, be patient and wait. If the scanner detects any infection, it will be listed and you need to click on the button "Delete Files" to remove the infection.
One final word, please turn off system restore for most of the time viruses reside in the system restore directory. To turn system restore off, right-click My Computer, then on the tab select System Restore and then check the box that says "Turn off System Restore on all drives" and click on "OK".
Hope this will help you.

You need those things or computer will crash, don't know why they are showing up on scan though.
Download Spybot Search and Destroy, run that and check results.

If they are indeed in the so-called "Windows32" folder and not "Windows\System32," then they are bad...get rid of them.
