A broken elbow, on the first night of my 2 day visit to Macau! IThat was nearly 2 years ago, but it's still hurting a little, some days worse than others.

well, apart from a tiny paper cut that i got yesterday, the last big injury i had was last November. i was in the kitchen with my 4 year old son, we were making cakes, and he accidentally knocked the glass bowl onto the tiled kitchen floor - with predictable consequences ! (there was broken glass everywhere....) i managed to get him safely out of the kitchen, and swept and then vacuumed the floor. i stood back to check my work, and felt a sharp pain in the bottom of my left foot.... i lifted my foot and saw that there was a 2 inch shard of glass sticking out of it... i pulled it out, and the blood just started to pour out of my foot... i felt soooo sick. thankfully i was able to hop over to the cupboard and get our emergency first aid kit, and clean & bandage the wound. it took ages for the bleeding to totally stop. if my partner had been at home, i'd have probably got him to take me to A&E.... it hurt like hell for about 3 weeks afterwards, and i've now got a lovely 'C' shaped scar in the middle of the sole of my left foot... o well - u live & learn.... i won't be using glass bowls again.....

I was on my way home from a night out and took a short cut over a 5ft iron fence, lost my balance, reached out and one of the spikes went through the my hand between my middle and index finger. To make thing worse i fell over and my hand came with me tearing my palm and the side off my middle finger. 21 stitches and 2 months later it's fixed

If achy muscles from work outs don't count, I was pushing a child on a swing and gave him an "underdog". When I went back far enough to get him high enough for me to get under, I tripped on a guy line for a vollyball net and sliced open the top of my foot. I was wearing sandals.

A huge dog bite on my leg from trying to grab a American bulldog off my golden retriever a few weeks ago, she is 12 and too old for what he wanted to do to her, he wouldn't leave her alone and she was getting really distressed so I grabbed him off her, he turned on me and bit me on the leg, good job I aren't a child as goodness knows what he would have done, he now has to wear a muzzle and so he should, the big brute.

It wasn't my last injury but one of my worst ones. I got cut by glass on my leg. There was blood everywhere and then it left a scar on my leg, it's about two feet long. I measured it.

Bent some fingers back saving a football, and twisted my ankle in the same game. Stopped myself from colliding with a post though so one victory to the goalie :-)
