Any suggestions on how to embellish a cold?

So I actually have a cold and yesterday the symptoms were bad and I wasn't able to study for a midterm. Unfortunately, right now the symptoms are bad, but nothing terrible. Is there anything I can do when I go to the nurse to convince her that I have to miss class?

In order to get her to pay attention you have to either a) start bleeding; b) fall down; or c) vomit.
