As long as wine, beer and distilled spirits remain legal, then there is no reason to ban their advertising.
Personally, I believe that mudslinging candidates do more harm to Americans than alcohol ads.
The average American voter already has a difficult time using their brain to sort out the BS from the truth, during election time.
So, let's ban political commercials!
I would advocate warnings at the end of said commercials...as many do...like the "drink responsibly" tags.
Final parting shot: America is a capitalist nation...in other words, we work for and worship the all-mighty dollar.
To ban any advertising of legal goods smacks of anti-business.
And the business of America IS business.

I think consenting adults have the right to buy and consume whatever legal substances they wish to, and the media has the right to market these substances to this age group. Where it should be monitored more is in media targeted towards younger people. If the target age group of the programming is under 18, then I don't think advertisments should be shown for substances children are not allowed to purchase, possess or consume. However, I think this should be a decision made by the network, not the government.

NO, contrary to how the Democrats want to control every facet of Americans lives, the government should in fact stay out of peoples lives and stop regulating every little thing that bothers some nutcase somehwere.

I have seen a lot of adds for alcohol and I have also seen enough adds about the dangers of drinking and driving. Take the commercial about the glasses comming up on the screen as you drink more your thinking isn't that clear. I think they make enough adds about not drinking and driving to warn about the dangerous that drinking can have.

I totally agree with what you say, because I don't understand why people drink alcohol. Haven't you seen that Muslims don't really have situations of cheating, bad father, escaping the truth by drinking, and more(I am not saying all Muslims don't Drink), but why do u need to drink, why do u need to have drugs u catch what i'm saying, it's like rotten grapes(disgusting)
