Can I ask for your advise for "WHAT IS THE BEST DEVELOPMENT TOOL" for Java Web Application

This is a long discussion. There are the ones who likes Eclipse and also there are the ones who like NetBeans. Also there are other tools for developing java but I think that these two are the most used. I think that there is no development tool which is better in everything than the other one but they can have some advantage in some aspects that other is not that well. That's why you should know both of them so you can say what tool should use for a specific project that you need and do not be that kind of user that only uses tool A or tool B because newer tools are always being developed and the tool that you know a lot can be passed away soon or later.

I believe Netbeans is best dev tool I've experienced so far; then Borland JBuilderX was of great help

Any Text editor + javac
Visual Age / Visual Cafe / Visual J++/J#
Try them all and see which one suits "you" the best.
