It's a larger pdf file to download but well worth reading. I read and re-read parts of it everyday.

If memory serves me correctly the Sixth, Seventh, Eightth, Tenth Amendments of the bill of rights also gives the people the right to abolish any unfair or undesireable laws or laws Foreign to the United States Constitution and trade agreements too. It is legal for as long as the people do not demand legal redress from their representatives in Congress and Senate.
You can also look up The Emergency banking Act of March 9, 1933, 48 Stat.1, Public Law 89-719.

It an easy thing for you to resolve, just write your complaint and put in front of the U.S. supreme court. I think you see they will not even look at your letter of complaint.
Yet if you want no Federal Reserve system then you need to start a campaign with all the Representatives and senators to repeal the law.

Their both wrong and both decieved. The Federal Reserve Act authorized the creation of a private central bank, and the IRS was set up with the powers of taxation to act as the collections agency of the Federal Reserve. If people want to believe that it is all legit, then that's their right. But the facts are there, and their laughter and finger-pointing are not fact-based.
Whomever gave me the thumbs down- you must be one of the non-fact based.

It's not unconstitutional. You're believing a tinfoil hat website.
The Fed Reserve is required to maintain the US economy and prevent unstability as best it can. That's it.

Its not, many try to say that the IRS, FRS and other government things are not constitutional. But the issue is that they are since they have not be declared unconsitutional.
