Im starting up cosmetology school in the fall but over the summer I would like to purchase a kit to practice with before hand. Does anyone know where I can get a complete kit (other then ebay)... I don't want to pay the full 800 dollars for a brand new kit from the school when I have to turn around and re buy one in the fall.... any suggestions? I would really like one that comes all in one I don't want to go and have to buy each piece to make my own.

Thanks!!!

Too bad I didnt see this question like a week ago, I just graduated from Esthetics and sold my kit on Ebay for pretty cheap... had a full makeup kit(never used), manicure and pedicure kit, etc..... check out on ebay
but ask your school if they have guidelines about what brand and specific types of tools you will need... good luck!

My daughter is just finishing her course. Don't bother wasting your money on a "practice kit" There's a certain way you need to learn how to do things for the state boards, so it's best you start out learning from the school. After that develop any technique you like but for now just be patient.
I know it's difficult and you're excited to get started and the kit is sooo tempting and shiny and new but really, don't waste your money.
Good luck!
