its 9:30 in the morning and i really want ice cream but is it too early to rot my teeth??

Go ahead and have some. You can have it now or later. The effects on your teeth will be the same either way. Just brush your teeth afterwards and you'll be fine.
Ice cream is good any time of the day.

No it is not, I have started out my day with oreos at 8:50 am. Actually I might just get myself some ice cream, that sounds good!

Yeah I just wanted to add that I just went to the kitchen and made myself a hot fudge/caramel sundae, mmmmm!

No it woulnt rot your teeth, just eat it with your breakfast not like a snack. Mkae sure to brush your teeth.
one time i had ice cream in the morning and i felt sick in the middle of the day. Luckly i didnt!

You should have the ice cream not like when we where little and had to have dessert last and not junk for breakfast, than go brush your teeth if your worried about your toothers

it's never to early for junk food, my daughter and i just had oreos and milk for breakfast, we're celebrating school getting canceled... Besides ice cream has milk in it and milk is considered part of a healthy breakfast..
