There's no easy way to do this. You first have to figure out way to extract the video from Youtube. There used to be a downloader web site, but it stopped working a while ago. Your best bet is to go to the video page, and view the source code. Inside it, search the text for .flv, and look at the text before that. It should be the URL for the actual video file. Open that URL up in your browser, and choose save as from the file menu. Save it to a location of your choice on your hard drive.
From there, you can either burn it directly to CD, or you can open in in Adobe/Macromedia Flash and convert it to a more traditional video format like mpeg and burn THAT to CD.

Download orbit downloader. It captures videos in YouTube in flv format.
Afterwards, burn it on a cd.
