I asked that because some male athletes in the past and now still have a problem with this. They feel unappropriate of being in situations where they are naked in front of female reporters. Also male reporters are not being granted the right to go in women athletes locker rooms. So if equality is suppose to be a big usse for America, should females not be allowed to be in male athletes locker rooms or should males also get the privilege to interview female athletes?

I agree there's a double time-honored. i does under no circumstances want a guy interior the locker room at my well-being center. i understand the point became that woman newshounds does no longer be discriminated against using male newshounds being allowed in. the authentic answer could be to restrict ALL newshounds from locker rooms - era. For goodness sakes - only provide the undesirable adult men some privateness for a couple of minutes. the only reason newshounds do the locker room thoughts is to get some guy to slip and say some thing interior the warmth of the 2nd that he will later experience sorry approximately.

The solution's pretty simple, really. Don't allow anyone in any of the locker rooms. Give the athletes some space while they're naked. Only allow reporters to talk to them after they've fully dressed.

I would be pretty upset if I came out of the shower and found a female reporter in the locker room. I definately think this is not on, the women would never put up with it, so why should men.

I agree if women reporters are allowed in men locker rooms, then male reporters should be allowed in female locker rooms. Otherwise only reporters of the same sex should be allowed in the locker rooms.

it's an intrusion on the privacy of the athletes, be it male or
female reporter. If such a thing exists anymore, it's an affront
to ones' modesty to have the opposite gender "ogling"
(not sure that "ogling" by either gender is welcomed). The
one major lack in the whole thing is Common Sense.

well said, if not for embarrassment of being naked in front of a female reporter, it is an issue of equality. I agree.

And I was thinking that one day we men hv to fight for our equality.. it is just so near I guess.

Let the ladies in the men's room and let the ladies in the women's room. Simple as that.
If the guys are feeling uncomfortable then they need to get over it and stop hiding their Woodie.
