me and my two other friends are really close, and we seem to have found out that this guy is trying to talk to all of us, and we all go to vo-tech together and me and one of my friends sit right next to each other and he's in our class, and my other friend is right next to us in the other class, point is he's 20 yrs. old, i'm 16, one of my friends is, 17 yrs. old, and the other is 18 yrs. old, should we confront him about what he's doing or what should we do.

How well does he know all of you? Maybe he's just trying to see who he gets on with better before making his move...?

I don't understand what the problem is here. This man is 'trying to talk' to you: I'm sorry but what is wrong with that? It's normal adult behaviour to be friendly to your colleagues at college (I assume vo-tech is a college?).
Is this really about jealousy? Does one of you fancy him and feels threatened by him talking to the others?
I also wonder why you make an issue of his age. He's 20, not 65 - hardly reason to suspect him of being a perv, is it?

Depends! If you want to handle the matter with dignity and style you all just move on and leave him standing in the dust. Confrontation is for those that want drama! If you're old enough to be getting into relationships you're supposed to be past that.

I think you should confront him because apparently he is trying to get with all of you and he knows what he is doing. I think that all of you should just leave him alone because if he is trying to get to you all at the same time imagine if one of you went out with him there is no telling how many girls he would try to talk to or how many girls he is already going out with. I think you should talk to him and stay away from him afterwards.

Just talk to him. he must realise that you guys are close or is he sight impaired ? It should be taken as just light fun from a fellow class mate and leave it at that, unless one of you really like him; check it out! let him know if so or just kid on if not and don't get so touchy unless there is some real abuse.....

There is no need for confrontation if he is just trying to talk to all of you. I would let him be the one to approach us. If he wants to date both of you, than just be normal and let him make a fool out of himself. Close friendship should not be broken because of an outsider trying to date both of you.
I hope I answer your question.

All of you should gush all over him at the same time.
You should really lay it on thick ..... get creative
Plan like me tonight you tomorrow and them the next day and maybe we can get some of the other girls to step in too,
wouldn't you like that?????Wait for his response .......
Then the clincher.... we know what you are up to, so get lost...go play somewhere else....
You need to dismiss him and laugh and move on......so much fun!!!!!

I think that you and your friends should all get together and confront this guy about what he is doing.

Depends, has he said he was exclusive with any of you? Has it been implied?

If so, then definitely confront him. If not, then perhaps you need to make it clear you expect it to be exclusive and he should choose.
