how do i reformat my ipod nano??

i just bought an ipod nano the other day for my sister off ebay and when i turn it on it say that i need to use itunes to reformat my ipod?? idk what to do. i hope its not broke...

go to start programs ipod or itunes, ipod updater then there is a button on there should be recover

First of all download the i tunes software on your computer.Then it will be very simple to use your i pod.
