what is your favorite sushi? I am doing a project and I was just wonering what was a favorite.

I like the special rolls the chef makes when you let him just do his thing. They're unique and show off his skills. I enjoy rolls with some spicy sauce and tiny red fish eggs, not necessarily together.
If you want to see how well the sushi chef knows his things, you start off with a 'tamago' - cooked egg - piece.
I always get a plain piece of salmon sushi (not a roll) for the end of the meal; it tastes clean after the more 'creative' rolls.

I kinda prefer eel over the others...it seems to be more flavorful than the rest. Squid's up there for me as well as shrimp. And yellowfin tuna. California roll is kinda boring...you can get that about anywhere.
Actually, I like most sushi...the only one I had a hard time stomaching was octopus and that was only because I was watching the chef unwrapping the tentacle and the little suction cups kind of grossed me out!

My favorite sushi changes from time to time, but currently I like Crunchy Eel Avocado hand rolls. YUM!!!

hamachi, amaebi, uni, aji thank you for asking this question, i became turning out to be bored with examining all those different ones the place all and sundry's in demand is the two the california roll or some philly cream cheese roll or some roll it extremely is "invented" outdoors Japan (only like how all and sundry thinks pork and broccoli is the suited chinese language food whilst broccoli wasn't even chanced on/utilized in China food).

Fatty Tuna sashimi (Toro) is my favorite. Sashimi is when it's just the fish without any accompaniment (rice, seaweed). I also like Inari. I know it's just sweetened rice in a tofu wrapper but it's good.

I like the vegetarian kind. It has a sea weed wrap with rice, avocado, and sometimes some kind of shrimp in it. It's really good.
