Its by a female pop-punk sort of group - and the chorus goes "who put the ram in the ram-a-lang-a ding-dong" and there's a computerised voice in there going "see you later", amongst other things. Any ideas??

Just some of the other words I can remember but I forget the artists name. It comes from about 30 years ago.
