Depends on a lot of things. How much space do you have....how much time do you have ...what will parents allow....are you willing to take on the responsibility of pet ownership....can you afford to care for a pet (especially a dog or cat with required vaccinations, cleaning, food, check-ups at the vet....etc) and what kind of animal are you fondest of. Hope it works out for you.

Just kidden...You didn't give any information as to what you like.Where you live,who you live with,how much space you got,can you afford a pet?Dogs are number#1 of course.But boys like lizards and snakes< but mom has something to say about that. If you want low maintenance,its a cat ...Birds are good but not cuddly.Fish are fine if you don't forget to feed them. Hairless rats are cool and scare girls.... You have to decide what YOU want....

I would get something fun, not a fish or a reptile, that's just me... it also depends what your schedule is like. If you are too busy to walk a dog, then I wouldn't get one. I have 2 birds, 2 guinea pigs, and one hamster, and they don't require a lot of work. Hope it works out!

A Chinese Fighting Fish----Only feed once a week, needs no potty training.
