I have noticed that when I am not in a good mood, or when I am overly tired I buy things I don't need, or I grab more than one article of the same item, as if I am getting ready or doom's day.

Use self-control. When you see yourself about to do something wrong, then stop and count to ten. If you do not feel better, then continue on. If you do, then you get to live another day. Eating the chocolates though is okay. Cont to 0 and then commence.

i love shopping when i am angry. all of the dumbas* morons that get in my way are in a lot of danger. i unleash my bigas* dictionary of insults on them. i really hate richard craniums. happy day:)
