u have to answer a security code and i dont know the answer i forgot it

Well, unless you know your password OR the answer to your security question, you will not be able to access your e-mail account.
Also, hacking is illegal. Essentially that is what you are asking about by asking if there's a software you can install to break your password. Be careful with that. It will get you arrested.

The only thing I can suggest is to re-register and create a new log in ID and password.

there is no way to recover if you forgotten the password and your security question. but by illegal means, there are some ways/tools to do it, but i cant disclose it here. better to make a search in your own way and hit the button, and it will guide you in different areas where these "ways/tools" are available. ;) just be careful...
