Could be indication of toxemia. High blood pressure too? If H20 retention is present, that's probably what it is. How far along is the pregnancy? Don't worry, most toxemia doesn't progress as far as eclampsia, if it does, the drs will worry about seizures and the only cure is to deliver the baby. If dr is concerned about possible seizures, you'll be in the hospital with a magnesium drip--miserable.

Well, a trace amount is considered normal, higher amounts can be indicative of preeclampsia. Please google Brewers Diet for ideas on how to prevent the development of preeclampsia without drugs. It's been proven very effective, and I personally have used it through several pregnancies. The theory now is that it's not the protein that's the issue, but the fact that you are losing it, so you need MORE protein to prevent the cycle of water retention and high blood pressure.

I'm not sure but it's not good, i did a quick search on google and got this site! all i did was typed in "What if a pregnant women has protines in her urine?" and it shot up some answers another good site it www.ask.com do some reasearch! heres something to start you off though! good luck i hope this helps!
