Is this fair?

We were in a part of one project with a lady that I didn't know so well....we passed the test ...and we waited to be hired.

But there were some problems and they did prolonged the term to hire us.

In the meanwhile this lady used to call me every day...to share the same concerns. And after a month she became my friend.
She was calling me almost every day to drink coffee and talk about the injustice made.

And one fine day she calls me and says that she is hired and not me.

During this period she found someone that she knows and she got part of that project...and didn't helped me...she was using me not to complain there in that insitution and in the meanwhile she did complain by herself and never told me.

Is this fair?
I feel betryad....Should I...what's your opinion?

Perhaps you should contact them and ask why you weren't hired and why they didn't contact you to let you know.
Yes, it sounds unfair, and it sounds a bit like she rang to rub your nose in it.
Maybe she was a "mole".... maybe the company hired her to find out what people were actually saying so that they could see who to hire.
Either way, contact them and ask why you weren't hired. They might not want to give you a reason, but at least you'll know you tried.

she knew what she was doing and you never saw it coming. the best thing to do is just go on and consider it a lesson learned. she probably used everything you said to her against you to get this job. next time.......keep your mouth shut and your eyes and ears open. just one of many things life teaches us the hard way.

world s full of such ppl...who can do anything to make their
gud......presently concentrate on ur job....
and whn u get it thn think of hw to make her realise tht she did wrong(as a part time job)....
dnt think about it presently coz ur job is more imp......
