do some housework! What tunes should I put on?! Any other motivational techniques appreciated!

I know, I KNOW! I was in the middle of the ironing when the phone rang and I sat on the computer chair to answer it. That was an hour ago, the iron is still on and I'm still here.

No music all you need is your alarm clock. here is how I get my work done & still have time for Y/A. Set your clock alarm to go off in 15, min´s time, pick one room to work in & see how much you can acheive in this time. Okay lets say your bedroom is the pits. Set the clock, ( GO) All dirty clothes in a pile next to the door , all clean clothes to the closet , Jumpers folded, jeans on hanger´s . belts. . shoes all put in there right places, STOP. AND YOU DO LIKE THIS . if you think after the time is up you would like to carry on then do so set the clock again Always reward yourself when you stop even if you don´t finish the room all in one day. You think 15 min´s is very little time do get anything done , but trust me you will be surprised hwo much you can get done .15 min´s here& there all makes a difference

Yes I quite agree. My house is like a tip. Needs cleaning, washing needs to be put in machine, dishwasher needs loading, pile of ironing to do, but Yahoo is sooooo much more fun.
Put something loud and dancy on I am (I think - well maybe 10 more mins).
Glad to hear Im not the only one.

O.K. now listen carefully....go up to the right hand corner of the screen, click the RED X button.
Go down to the bottom left on the screen and click 'start'.
Pick 'Turn Off Computer'.
When a little box comes up, click the little red box in the middle that says 'TURN OFF'.
Your computer should turn off then.
If your computer is off, then you won't be tempted to play on it.
Just remember ~ DON'T TURN IT BACK ON!!!
