what i do is talk to somebody about work in my family when i get done working at end of the day.. exercising helps a bunch too.

At midday go out for lunch and a walk with a friend every day. Take ballroom dancing lessons and go dancing three nights a week. Coach basketball or some kids' team sport on Saturday. Spend an hour or two a week helping out at a center for kids, for the elderly or for an animal shelter.
