The world has gone mad i posted this question this morning as a bit of fun .What's wrong with some people can you not spot a joke or is life so messed up .PEOPLE LISTERN TO ME FORGET RACE FOR A WHILE AND LEARN TO LAUGH.Oh and by the way i am black so those of you who thought i was racist in some way learn to laugh

'Tis great word play but sadly not everyone can enjoy innocent fun without it being an issue.
We are in danger of going too far in the wrong direction in the pursuit of racial equality sometimes. Trouble is, political correctness doesn't recognise the blurred edges so we are stuck with the race card being waved on our behalf, even when we are quite happy!
I'm multi national/mixed race/dual heritage/half caste (choose your preference) and found it quite amusing...

You can't blame people really. It's such a touchy subject, that one never knows what to make of things like your question. I guess revealing your race would have probably changed the answers to some degree. People have lost humor in many areas. This area is better left alone. You're safer if you list jokes that don't involve religion or race.

At least you have a sense of humor. And yes, I think squeezing a black head is a racially motivated hate crime. Squeezing a white head is not.

I get reported for questions that people don't like the answers to all the time and lose points what can you do? Some people just may wake up on the wrong side of the bed.

Even knowing your race now, I can see how it would be flagged for violation as it seems to reflect an attitude that we are trying to moderate. It might work better if you were doing stand up comedy, but even there it could be called into question. Blacks can be racist against themselves (using the "N" word) as well as against others—just as Jews can be anti-Semitic, etc..

the problem probably lies in that you posted it in the culture subsection and not in the riddles/jokes subsection, if its a joke put it in the joke thread.
not everyone can spot a joke anyway, and it is all to easy to cause offence nowadays.
take the british govt fining a English person for hanging up a england flag on their house.. in case they offended someone.. the one small catch? it was in england!
that is whats known as "political correctness", technically feasible, but in practicality? just madness.
