in windows xp home edition file in regidit under which option i will get qos packet sheduler?

in home edition gpedit.msc cannot run so in regidit whr i will get it

well the QOS packet scheduler is normally seen under the LAN connection by right clicking it .If you see it without a tick ,then plz tick the check box and if its not there then reinstall the service from your original XP Home Edition from networking component options
